This year's FORGE Your Path Career Expo will be held on October 21 and 22, with set-up on the 20th. We are excited to invite you to join us as a trade partner at this event! Your participation is crucial in showcasing the diverse and rewarding opportunities within the skilled trades. By setting up a booth, engaging with students, and leading hands-on demonstrations, you’ll play a key role in inspiring and educating the next generation of tradespeople. To receive maximum benefit from visiting your booth, please briefly explain how you plan to interact with the students. For example, describe the hands-on activity they will be doing, list the equipment you will be bringing, etc.

Event Details:
- Setup will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
- A Regional Business After Hours social event will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20th. You are not required to attend, but you're invited to network with attendees from a wide regional impact area and enjoy light refreshments.
- Students will begin arriving at 8:00 a.m. each day, and the last group will exit by approximately 3:00 p.m.
- Breakdown can begin after the last group of students exits on Thursday, October 23rd—ideally by or before 3:00 p.m.
Career Expo Marketing & Branding Guide

We want students to easily identify who you are, what you do, and the hands-on activity they are experiencing at your booth. All Trade Partners are asked to review the FORGE Your Path Career Expo Marketing Guide as you plan your setup.

At a minimum, each Trade Partner booth should include an 18" x 24" sign that clearly displays:

- Your company/organization name and/or logo
- The name of your hands-on activity in bold, easy-to-read lettering

The guide also includes ideas and resources for branded tents, tablecloths, banners, feather flags, vehicle/equipment magnets, and other ways to make your booth engaging and easily recognizable.
