Thank you for choosing Angel Jess 444 to host your Permanent Jewelry Party! This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your booking and helps create a fun, organized, and memorable experience for you and your guests.

Requesting Your Permanent Jewelry Party Date
To request your Permanent Jewelry Party date, please email Jessica at Angeljess1444@gmail.com or send a message through the Angel Jess 444 website.
When contacting Angel Jess 444, please include your preferred event date, preferred start time, event location, and estimated number of guests.
If your preferred date or time is unavailable, every effort will be made to offer an alternative date or time when possible. All bookings are subject to scheduling availability and approval by Angel Jess 444.
Your event date is not reserved until the required $250 nonrefundable booking fee has been received.

Permanent Jewelry Party Package
The total Permanent Jewelry Party package price is $780.
A $250 nonrefundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The booking fee will be applied toward the total package price.
The remaining balance of $530 will be sent by invoice 7 days before the scheduled event and is due upon receipt.
Your package includes:
• A $20 travel fee for events within a 30-mile radius of Chestertown, Maryland
• $510 in jewelry credit, divided into six (6) individual $85 jewelry credits for guests selected by the host
• One (1) complimentary permanent bracelet for the host, valued up to $85, as a thank-you for hosting. This complimentary bracelet is in addition to the six guest jewelry credits and does not reduce the included guest credits.

Travel Policy
Angel Jess 444 provides on-site Permanent Jewelry Parties within a 30-mile radius of Chestertown, Maryland.
Requests for events located more than 30 miles away may be considered upon request and are subject to availability and approval by Angel Jess 444.
Please email Jessica or message Angel Jess 444 through the website before booking to determine whether your event can be accommodated. Additional travel fees may apply for approved events outside the standard service area.

Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
The total Permanent Jewelry Party package price is $780.
A $250 nonrefundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your private Permanent Jewelry Party date. The booking fee will be applied toward the total party package price.
The remaining balance of $530 will be sent by invoice 7 days before the scheduled event and is due upon receipt.
The individual who books the party is responsible for paying the full balance, regardless of guest attendance.
All booking fees are nonrefundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
One (1) rescheduling request may be permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability and approval by Angel Jess 444. If approved, the booking fee and any payments made may be transferred to the new date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, no-shows, or failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the booking. In these circumstances, all payments made will be nonrefundable.
If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, Angel Jess 444 reserves the right to cancel the event and release the scheduled date.

Host Responsibilities
The host agrees to:
• Provide a safe, clean, and weather-protected area for event setup.
• Provide one sturdy table and two chairs unless otherwise arranged.
• Ensure adequate lighting and sufficient space for jewelry services.
• Select which six (6) guests will receive the included $85 jewelry credits.
• Communicate event details to guests and encourage them to arrive during the scheduled event time.
• Ensure that the event space is accessible upon Angel Jess 444’s arrival for setup.

Host Appreciation Gift
As a thank-you for hosting an Angel Jess 444 Permanent Jewelry Party, the host receives:
One (1) complimentary permanent bracelet valued up to $85.
This complimentary bracelet is separate from and in addition to the six included guest jewelry credits.
If the host selects jewelry valued above $85, the host is responsible for paying the difference at the time of the event.
The complimentary bracelet has no cash value and must be redeemed during the scheduled party.

Guest Attendance & Jewelry Credits
The Permanent Jewelry Party package includes six (6) designated guest jewelry credits of $85 each, selected by the host.
The host is responsible for determining which guests receive the included jewelry credits.
The party package price is reserved for the scheduled event and is not dependent on guest attendance.
If a guest does not attend the event, no refund will be issued.
An unused $85 jewelry credit may be used during the event by the host or another guest toward additional permanent jewelry.
Unused credits may be used toward:
• Additional stacking permanent bracelets
• Permanent necklaces
• Hand chains
• Anklets
• Additional permanent jewelry pieces
Unused jewelry credits have no cash value, are nonrefundable, and expire at the conclusion of the scheduled event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Additional Guests & Purchases
The host and included guests may invite additional friends and family members to attend the event.
Additional guests may purchase permanent jewelry during the event and are responsible for payment at the time of purchase according to Angel Jess 444’s current pricing.
The host, included guests, and additional attendees may purchase additional permanent jewelry beyond the included credits, including:
• Permanent bracelets
• Stacking bracelets
• Necklaces
• Hand chains
• Anklets
• Charms and connectors

Event Duration
The Permanent Jewelry Party includes up to two (2) hours of on-site service.
If additional time is requested due to a larger number of guests or additional purchases, it must be approved by Angel Jess 444 before the event.
Additional fees may apply based on availability.

Arrival & Setup
Angel Jess 444 will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled event start time to allow adequate time for setup and preparation.
The host agrees to ensure that the event space is accessible upon arrival and that the designated setup area is ready with the agreed-upon table, chairs, adequate lighting, and any necessary electrical access.
The scheduled two (2) hour event time begins at the agreed-upon start time, not upon arrival. The 30-minute setup period is provided as a courtesy and does not reduce the host’s allotted event time.

Permanent Jewelry Warranty
Angel Jess 444 guarantees the weld for seven (7) days from the event date.
If the weld fails within seven (7) days under normal wear, rewelding will be provided at no charge.
After seven (7) days, rewelding is available for a $25 rewelding fee.
If jewelry must be removed for an emergency, medical procedure, MRI, surgery, or work requirement, please cut only the jump ring using wire cutters. This allows the jewelry to remain intact and may allow it to be rewelded at a later time.
This warranty does not cover:
• Lost jewelry
• Stretched chains
• Broken chains caused by snagging or misuse
• Theft
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by improper care or failure to follow jewelry care instructions

Permanent Jewelry Liability Waiver
Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear but is not indestructible.
Guests understand that jewelry may snag, stretch, or break due to normal activities.
Each person receiving permanent jewelry agrees to complete and sign the Angel Jess 444 Permanent Jewelry Liability Waiver before receiving services.
Jessica Turner of Angel Jess 444 is not a licensed physician or medical provider. Permanent jewelry services are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Angel Jess 444 is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from undisclosed metal sensitivities, improper aftercare, misuse, or failure to follow jewelry care instructions.

Photography
Angel Jess 444 may photograph completed jewelry and event moments for marketing and social media purposes unless the host or guest requests otherwise before photographs are taken.

By signing below, the host acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Permanent Jewelry Party Agreement, including the booking, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, guest attendance, jewelry credit, liability, and photography policies.
By submitting this form, the host acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement.
