Commission & Services Price List
Hello! Thank you for your interest in a Stellaru Customisation faceup — I'm excited to bring your character to life. All prices are listed in USD / EUR. Please read through the services and terms below, then fill out the commission form to get started.
Faceup & Art Services
Faceup — $160 / €140 Any sculpt, any brand, resin or vinyl. Every head is machine-polished to remove the hard-cut surface of the sculpt before painting — always included, never charged extra.
Custom Eyes — $70 / €60 Eyes drawn specifically for your character in Procreate to the highest quality by me, and printed on premium photo paper with a 6-color printer for maximum depth and vibrancy. Available only together with a faceup commission.
Wig Styling & Cutting — $100 / €85 Wig not included. If you'd like me to source one, wigs from my stock are $30 / €25. Small accessories and add-ons for the wig are paid by the commissioner — I always send you the exact prices for approval before purchasing anything.
FULL SET — Faceup + Custom Eyes + Wig Styling — $310 / €265 The complete transformation, $20 off compared to booking separately.
Restoration & Prep
Stain Removal only— $30 / €25 — can take up to 7 days depending on the stain.
Older Faceup Corrections — $60–90 / €50–80 — re-lining over the old faceup, covering scars, cuts and chipped pieces. Final price depends on how intense the corrections are.
Factory Faceup Removal (Dollfie / Smart Doll) — $5 / €5
Custom Faceup Removal — $40 / €35 — includes the Stain Removal treatment, as custom faceups can stain the vinyl over time.
Modifications — $50–90 / €45–80
Piercings, opened mouth with teeth and tongue, enlarging eyeholes, or changing the eye shape. Priced by complexity. I never heat the vinyl (toxic!) — instead I build modifications layer by layer with two-part epoxy, polish them, and color-match them to the exact tone of your sculpt. This takes a few days but lasts.
My Signature Service — FREE 3D Preview
Before any paint touches your doll, I create a 3D model of your sculpt in ZBrush — scanned or sculpted as close as possible to the original. Your faceup design is applied to the 3D model of chosen sculpt first, so you see exactly how it will look and we can make corrections before the faceup even starts. The final result matches the preview 90–95%. This is my standard for every commission, free of charge.
Sculpt Sourcing
Don't have a head yet? If I have your sculpt in stock, I charge exactly what I paid for it — fully transparent, receipts included. I can also order a sculpt for you: you pay the original price plus shipping to me. Availability and prices vary a lot between sculpts, so we'll discuss this openly before anything is ordered.
Terms & Payment
Deposit: 40% up front before work begins.
Layaway: available up to 3 payments (40% / 30% / 30%).
Shipping: paid by the commissioner — both sending your sculpt to me (or my ordering it for you) and return shipping of the finished commission.
Payment methods: PayPal (Goods & Services), Revolut, or bank transfer.
