The APARRI Book Fellows Program supports scholars working on their monograph in Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) religions. Over eighteen months, fellows move through a structured cycle of manuscript workshops, developmental editing, and publishing-pipeline mentorship, culminating in completion of at least four draft chapters. The program will prioritize manuscripts that address either theme: stories of AAPI faith and life and/or religious pluralism and democracy.

Cohorts: Two cohorts of up to four fellows each

Program Dates: March 2027 – September 2028

Fellow Support

$3,000 stipend + editorial assistance
