1. Program Registration
By submitting this application, the participant acknowledges their interest in attending the DMS NAMA Korea Medical Aesthetic Immersion Program.
Enrollment is confirmed only after application review, acceptance, and completion of the required payment process.
Due to the limited availability of each cohort, DMS NAMA reserves the right to review and accept applicants to maintain a high-quality educational experience and professional environment.
2. Program Fee & Payment
The program fee and payment schedule will be provided during the enrollment process.
The program fee may include:
- Accommodation during the official program period
- Scheduled meals
- Transportation during program activities
- Airport support
- Travel insurance
- Educational sessions
- Clinic observation experiences
- Medical aesthetic industry visits
- Program coordination
- International airfare, personal expenses, additional treatments, shopping, and activities outside the official program schedule are not included unless otherwise stated.
Failure to complete required payments according to the enrollment schedule may result in cancellation of the participant’s reservation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the advance planning required for accommodations, transportation, educational sessions, clinic visits, and industry partners, cancellation policies apply.
Refund eligibility may depend on the cancellation date and non-refundable expenses already committed by DMS NAMA.
Specific payment and refund terms will be provided before final enrollment.
4. Travel Requirements
Participants are responsible for:
International airfare
Valid passport and travel documents
Visa or travel authorization requirements
Personal travel arrangements before and after the program
DMS NAMA is not responsible for denied entry, visa issues, missed flights, flight delays, cancellations, or travel interruptions.
5. Health & Participant Responsibility
Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or health concerns that may affect safe participation.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate information and notifying DMS NAMA of any relevant concerns.
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior and respect Korean laws, cultural standards, medical facilities, and program partners.
6. Educational Program Disclaimer
The DMS NAMA Korea Medical Aesthetic Immersion Program is an educational experience designed to provide exposure to Korean aesthetic medicine, clinical approaches, skincare innovation, and industry trends.
Clinic visits, demonstrations, and educational sessions are for informational purposes only.
Participation in this program does not provide medical licensure, certification, or authorization to perform procedures outside of a participant’s existing professional scope and applicable regulations.
DMS NAMA does not guarantee specific clinical outcomes, business results, financial outcomes, or professional advancement as a result of participation.
7. Optional Treatment Experiences
Optional aesthetic treatments, consultations, wellness services, or additional experiences are separate from the main educational program.
Any medical treatment received in Korea is provided by independent licensed medical providers.
Participants must complete all required consultation and consent forms directly with the medical provider.
DMS NAMA is not responsible for medical decisions, treatment outcomes, complications, or results related to optional services.
8. Program Changes
DMS NAMA reserves the right to modify program schedules, locations, speakers, clinics, companies, or activities due to availability, safety considerations, operational needs, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
DMS NAMA will make reasonable efforts to provide an equivalent educational experience.
9. Media Release
Participants may be photographed or recorded during program activities.
By participating, participants authorize DMS NAMA to use program-related photographs, videos, and testimonials for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
10. Force Majeure
DMS NAMA is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, public health events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. Participant Acknowledgment
By submitting this application, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the DMS NAMA Korea Medical Aesthetic Immersion Program Terms & Conditions.
I understand that:
Program fees and included services will be provided during the enrollment process.
International airfare is not included unless otherwise stated.
Optional experiences require additional payment and separate consent when applicable.
Participation requires professionalism, responsibility, and compliance with program guidelines.
