A non-refundable $30 retainer is required for all appointments. The retainer is applied to the overall service total. To respect the time of other guests, please provide a 48-hour notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or failure to show will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. In case of emergency, communication is key. Grace and consideration is given in circumstances beyond normal control. I understand and agree to the policies above.
