Fencing Western Australia Life Membership

Nomination Form
Life Membership is the highest recognition awarded by Fencing Western Australia and may be conferred on individuals who have demonstrated long-standing, exceptional and impactful service to fencing in Western Australia.

Nominees must have completed a minimum of 12 years of service at a state level and demonstrated sustained contribution, significant impact and long-term benefit to the sport.

Nominations close at 5.00 pm AWST on 31 October each year.

Please provide specific examples and sufficient detail to assist the Fencing WA Board and Members in considering the nomination.

A separate form must be submitted for each nominee.
