At Holston Valley Unitarian Universalist Church, Religious Exploration is an opportunity to deepen our understanding of ourselves, one another, and the world around us through meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and thoughtful reflection. Below you'll find a brief description of each Adult Religious Exploration offering for this year. After reviewing the options, please complete this registration so we can prepare for a wonderful year together.
Adult 1 - Curious Conversations
A collaborative exploration of ideas. Through TED Talks, documentaries, podcasts, YouTube videos, and other thought-provoking media, we'll discover new perspectives, ask meaningful questions, and let our collective curiosity guide the conversation.
Adult 2 - Journey Home to YoUU
An adventurous exploration of the Self. Through self-awareness, psychology, spirituality, mindfulness, and wisdom from many traditions, we'll discover how embracing our authentic selves leads to deeper relationships, more intentional living, and a richer expression of our Unitarian Universalist values.
