Optional Events

Contestants may elect to enter one or all of our Miss High & Low Country Optional Events. These optional events will be judged separate and have NO BEARING ON THE PAGEANT WINNERS. Photogenic will be judged by a panel including modeling agencies and photographers; the remaining optional events will be judged separately.
Photogenic - Two color photo submissions to be emailed to MissHighCountryPageant@gmail.com and must be labeled “Photogenic” and include the contestant's name. The photo is not required to be a headshot; a photo can be a full body and be an indoor or outdoor photo. Application / Qualification.I hereby apply as an entrant to the 2026 Miss High Country and Miss Low Country Pageant. I certify that I am between the ages as outlined on the registration form and in the information packet, and I am a female. IF REQUESTED, I agree to show a certified birth certificate (not a copy) and a photo ID at registration
ContestantI agree that as a contestant of the Miss High and Low Country Pageant, I will abide by all rules and regulations governing this pageant.
Titleholder I agree that if I win and become a representative of the Miss High and Miss Low Country Pageant, I will be a representative of my title and fulfill my duties as a title holder. If I choose to for any reason relinquish my title and abandon those duties, I understand that I am subject to the $75 contract break fee.
Nationals If I decide to attend and compete at the 2027 national pageant, I understand that I am subject to both the rules and regulations of the National Pageant as well as the rules and regulations of Miss High and Low Country.
Rules and Regulations By submitting the entry forms and entry fee, delegate agrees to abide by all rules and policies set forth by the Miss High and Low Country Pageant. Failure to comply with Miss High and Low Country Pageant policies may result in immediate disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes won without benefit of refund in full or in part at the discretion of Miss High and Low Country. Rules, Regulations, and Policies may change from time to time and Delegate agrees in advance to any changes or alterations to any Rule, regulations, or policies.
Publicity & Promotion. I give the Miss High and Low Country Pageant and America’s United States Pageant permission to use my name, photo, likeness, voice, and biographical information for purpose of publicity, advertising, and promotion in print, radio, video, on the HCLC and AUS website(s), and in any other media. I give consent for Miss High and Low Country and America’s United States Pageant to use my name, phono, likeness, voice for purposes of producing promotional merchandise, including but not limited to clothing (e.g., t-shirts), posters, other products. I understand that I am not entitled to any compensation from the sale of such products.
Non-Refundable Fee Policy. I understand that all fees paid are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstance. This includes entry fees, ticket sales, ad sales, and any other fees paid.
Personal Information. Delegate’s personal information collected will never be released to anyone outside of this pageant and pageant system.
Selection of Judges. I understand and accept that Miss High and Low Country will appoint judges for this pageant. I understand that the decision of the judges is final and non-contestable. I understand that at times, judges may use a final ballot once the Top 5 is named or in circumstances of a tie.
Scores.I understand that all scores are final and noncontestable. I understand that per AUS policy Miss High and Low Country do not give out scores to contestants. However, all contestants will have an equal opportunity to request judge's feedback.
