Having acquainted myself with the rules, I have completed this application and submit it for my role as a Boat Official into the above 2026 Champions Tour presented by ClassicBassevents. In signing this application, I hereby agree to be bound by and comply with all tournament rules and requlations. I expressly assume all risks associated with the tournament and I hereby release ClassicBass, the hosts, sponsors, and tournament officials and media representatives from all claims or injury and/or damage incurred in connection with these tournaments. I further understand and agree that the tournament director reservesthe right to reject my application for any reason. All individuals serving as Boat Official's during Champions Tour events agree to release all media rights to ClassicBass including television, video, radio, print, social media and internet related.

If the individual, who is serving as a Champions Tour Boat Official is under the age of 18 yearsold, his or her parent or legal guardiar agreesto let their son or daughter to serve as a Champions Tour Boat Official in the above selected Champions Tour events and releases ClassicBass, Champions Tour, hosts, sponsors, tournament officials and media representatives from all claims or injury and/or damageincurred in connection with these tournaments.
