BOwler Of The Year (BOOTY) Points Claim

BOOTY points are awarded to recognize performance in SPLBC club leagues and championships, as well as selected competitions beyond the club. Points are awarded for the top 4 finishers (or top 2 in A and B for certain V&D championships). The full points table is here. You do not need submit a form if the team finished outside of the top 4.
