    Participation in VBS is completely free of charge.

    When you drop off your children or youth for the first time we will need a parent or guardian to come in an finalize registration with us at the sign in desk. No exceptions!!!

    VBS will begin nightly at 5:30pm with a meal for all participants. The menu for each night will be posted on the New Hartford Baptist Church website.

    VBS will conclude at 8:30pm each night. Parents or designated pick up persons should be available to pick up participants promptly at 8:30pm.

    Thursday the 13th we will have a longer closing rally where we will give out participation certificates to our VBS attendees. We request family arrive for this closing rally at 7:30 on Thursday evening to join us.

    Friday the 14th we will wrap the week up with a swim party. Plan on bringing the family to swim with us at the Vandalia Pool. 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

    Persons listed as authorized pick up persons will also act as emergency contacts in the case that the parent cannot be reached. List them in the order of priority for emergency contact purposes.

  • New Hartford Baptist Church is not responsible for accidents or illness that may occur during the VBS event. The parent or guardian of the participant understands that participation in this event is not without risk.

    In the event of an accident New Hartford Baptist Church will attempt to contact the parent or guardian using the supplied contact information. If the parent or guardian cannot be reached the authorized pickup person list will be used as emergency contacts in the order they are listed.
