This September, the Ashford Camino begins — a six‑week guided wellbeing walking programme, exploring some of Ashford's most beautiful landscapes. Each Friday we follow a new route, a new theme, and experience simple nature-based practices designed to support wellbeing, connection and reflection.
If you’re looking for a supportive way to improve your wellbeing, meet others, and spend time in nature, you’re welcome to join us.

Time each week: 09:30 – 13:00
Attendance: This is a six‑week programme. Participants are expected to attend all six walks.
What to expect:
The pace is steady and accessible, with walks up to around 8km, combining gentle walking with simple nature-based wellbeing activities.
Across six weeks, you’ll spend time in nature, walk with others, and take part in simple reflective moments that support calm, connection, and wellbeing.

The Ashford Camino is open to anyone seeking a gentle, supportive way to improve their wellbeing, meet others, and enjoy time outdoors.
No previous walking experience is needed — just a general level of fitness and the ability to walk up to around 8km.
