All information provided shall remain confidential to SJMSAA. However, since the purpose of this information is to obtain financial aid from the association, the information will be subject to review by the Executive Board of Directors of SJMSAA (DBA) Florida Athletics Sports Teams.

Your application will be submitted for review. Eligibility for a Keith Martin Scholarship is determined by financial need and reviewed by the Keith Martin Scholarship Foundation review board. Scholarships applications should be made once you have received notice that you have been selected for a roster. Once you have accepted your position and applied for a scholarship, please allow up to 2 weeks for approval. If you do not hear back from someone within the 2 weeks, please send us an email.
