1. BAMF K9's of Ohio PSA Club and all parties that host club events will strive to create as safe of an environment as possible for all training events. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless BAMF K9's of Ohio PSA Club and all club affiliated hosts and or business partners of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my dog, other personnel present or myself during any and all club events. I fully understand all the risks of participating in any club event within the PSA realm and I fully understand the inherent risks of participation and attendance of any club event. I understand my participation may be terminated by the Club President at any time for safety infractions. Lastly the Club President may terminate my participation at anytime in order to promote good order, discipline and cohesiveness during the event. If a members actions or behaviors warrant a termination there is no refund of any kind. The ability to terminate participation lays solely with the Club President. I hereby waive any and all liabilities to be placed upon any persons, businesses, and all locations utilized for any club event. I accept and understand the risks I am taking and the risks of injury to my dog or myself based upon my voluntary participation in this club or events hosted by this club. I again accept responsibility and all liabilities that may become of question, for my actions and the actions of any dog I own or that is under my control.

BAMF K9's of Ohio & Triple Threat K-9 LLC reserves the rights to any photo, video and social media content of you and dog during its training programs, trials and club events for use as they deem fit.
