Team Tent Reservations

Tent City will be situated on the northwest side of the track, located behind the west spectator viewing area. The surface is milled asphalt; sandbags will be provided to allow teams to secure their tents for the duration of the weekend. Tent set up commences no earlier than Thursday at 5:00 pm. Club from Alberta: Do not need to fill out the form. Provincial Teams: will automatically be allotted 2 - 10x10 tent spots each. Do not need to fill out the form. Factory/Bike Shop Teams/Clubs: PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM. SPOTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. MUST PROVIDE HOW MANY RIDERS . MAX WILL BE 4 10X10 SPOTS PER TEAM. TEAMS WILL NOT GET MORE TENT SPACES FOR SAME TEAMS IN DIFFERENT PROVINCES. Deadline: Aug 21 @ 6:00 PM MDT-FAMILY TENT SPACES: Will be in the East Spectator Viewing area.(along the first straight). This is First Come, First Served. No spots will be saved/reserved. Provincial Teams for BC, SK, ON, QC will be reserved one 10x10 tent plus chairs.
