This form is available to current Complete Café Services customers. This includes businesses that purchase coffee beans or other products from us, have previously had their machine serviced by our team, or purchased their coffee machine through us.
If you are a new customer, please call our team instead of submitting this form. We’ll explain our service process, confirm whether we can assist with your machine, and provide an indication of our current waiting times.
We prioritise machines that are completely out of operation, particularly café machines, as we understand they are essential income-producing equipment for the business.
Once your enquiry has been submitted, we’ll assess the request and add it to our service queue based on the level of urgency. We’ll then contact you to arrange a suitable service date and time. Depending on the urgency of the issue and technician availability, this may take a few days.
