We are now inviting online submissions from members who would like their hand-pulled prints to be considered for selection in our Annual Exhibition, to be held at the Creative Space, 105 Abbott Rd, North Curl Curl, from Wednesday 11 November to Sunday 22 November 2026, 10am to 4pm daily.
Applications are open to all members of Warringah Printmakers Studio. Please complete all the details in the form below.
Submissions are strictly due by 5pm Friday 18 September 2026.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Submissions are open to all members of Warringah Printmakers Studio.
- Members may submit up to THREE (3) artworks.
- A 25% commission will be charged on all works sold - please factor this into your pricing.
- The entry fee is $25 per accepted artwork. Payment is not required until after notification of acceptance.
- The medium used must include an element of printmaking.
- All artworks must be professionally framed. Consider the number of works you submit, as all accepted pieces will require framing.
- Frames must be fitted with both hanging wire/string and D-rings.
- Images must be JPEG format. Images must show only the printed artwork (no frames, mat boards, or borders).
- Please use the following naming convention for your image files: Lastname_Firstname_Title.jpg (e.g. Smith_Janet_OceanTides.jpg). Please click here for tips on taking good quality photos of your artworks using a smartphone, renaming them, and how to flatten prints at home.
- Browing Rack: Members may submit up to TWO (2) browsing rack artworks. As in previous years, the browsing rack is included to provide members with additional opportunities to sell work at a range of price points; all works must be suitably packaged for immediate sale (cellophane and backing board) and clearly labelled on the back with the artist’s name, title, and price.
- Cards: Up to 30 hand-printed cards may be submitted (all cards must be clearly labelled with your name and price).
- All work must be delivered to the Creative Space on Monday 9 November 2026 between 9.00am - 10.00am. (There will be the option of leaving framed work in the studio storeroom prior to this date.)
- Volunteers: All exhibiting members are expected to contribute to the success of the event by volunteering their time. We require two volunteers per session (morning and afternoon) to supervise the exhibition and manage sales. A roster will be circulated closer to the date. Your support in bringing along family and friends, as well as promoting the exhibition on social media, is also greatly appreciated.
- Signing the entry form gives permission for WPS to use your work for catalogue, promotions and archival purposes.
- Warringah Printmakers Studio will handle all works with care. However, no responsibility will be taken for damaged, lost, or stolen works.
