    Full Week of Camp: $300 (5 Days) 

    Day to Day Cost: $70 per day

      • By submitting this form, I am officially registering for School's Out Camps with Community First Sports Club (CFS) and am agreeing to all of the following items to be known as the ("Terms and Conditions"):

         

        • I am reserving a place for my player during the week(s) of camp that I complete registration for. If I withdraw my player’s registration without attending camp, 25% of camp fees will still be charged. 

         

        •  There are no refunds if you withdraw your player(s) once their registered week of camp has already started

         

        • I have read, reviewed with my family, and accept CFS "Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver with Regards to Coronavirus/COVID-19"
