  • Soul Mates House Party wouldn't happen without an amazing team of volunteers! Thank you so much for applying to be part of our team.

     

    Please note that there is a team meeting on Zoom on Wednesday 9th September at 7:30pm.  We would encourage you to attend as this will be an opportunity to hear more about the programme, pray together, and ask any questions you might have.

  • Have you volunteered at an IMYC event in the last 3 years?*

  • If your answer is 'No' - please give the following details of your minister & one other adult who knows you well (but who isn't related to you!) who can act as a reference.

  • What events have you volunteered at in recent years?*
  • Do you have any in-date First Aid training?*

  • Garda Vetting & Safeguarding Training

  • Any adult or young person who volunteers with youth & children's work must have an up-to-date Garda Vetting (ROI) and/or an Access NI (NI) police check and be up-to-date with MCI safeguarding training. Both must be completed through the Methodist Church in Ireland (MCI) every 3 years.

     

    As this event is held in the Republic of Ireland, a Garda Vetting check is required.  Please note that Garda Vetting checks can take a month to process, so make sure you start the process ASAP if you need!

    Please fill it in, get it signed by your local church Designated Person or Minister, and send it back to us ASAP. 

    If you need to attend Safeguarding Training, please find the list of available dates here.

     

    You will not be able to volunteer in any capacity unless you have completed both a Garda Vetting check & Safeguarding Training through the Methodist Church in Ireland before the event.
