Media Consent

During the time your child will be with us, photographs and/or video may be taken. These may be used in print & digital media, for display and/or advertising purposes in various places (social media, YouTube, Irish Methodist & IMYC website, physical print) both during & after the event.

Live Streaming Consent

For our Sunday morning session we will be joining with the congregation of Cork Methodist Church. Their services are live-streamed onto YouTube and remain accessible via the church's YouTube page. We would like to include the children in this service, for example: reading a Bible passage, leading actions from the front, leading the congregation in prayer.

I will inform the leaders of any important changes to my child's health, medication or needs and also of any changes to out address or to any of the contact details given above. In the event of illness or accident, having parental responsibility for the above named child, I give permission for first aid to be administered where considered necessary by a trained first aider, if available, or medical treatment to be administered by a suitably qualified medical practitioner. If I cannot be contacted and my child should require emergency hospital treatment, I authorise the leadership team to take my child to a suitable hospital. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me as soon as possible.
