Ivy Hill Fall Pickleball Ladder League Registration Form
NOTE: Please fill out the form carefully for registration. By filling out this form, you are securing your spot for the league. You may also register for both a Ladder league (Monday/Tuesday) and the Fixed-Partner Mixed league (Thursday), but can only register for either the Monday or Tuesday Ladder league. If leagues fill, a spot may be reassigned to someone not already in another league. Priority will be given to Ivy Hill pickleball members and then by registration order. Please register for your preferred league first.
Overview
This will be an 10-week Ladder League, starting the week of August 24 and ending the week of October 26. Monday will be for 4.0+ level players, while Tuesday will be for 3.0-4.0 level players. The cost will be $40 for Ivy Hill Pickleball members and $80 for nonmembers. Each league will cap out at 30 players. Any remaining signups will be placed on the waiting list. If you are unsure you will be able to commit to the league, please wait before filling out this form. If you expect on missing more than 2 league nights, consider becoming a sub. Please contact Derek Kraje if you are interested in becoming a sub.
Format
Each night, you will be on a court with 4 other players. You will play 4 games to 15, with one "bye" game. The first week will be randomly sorted out of a hat. Week 2 will be determined by game/point percentage from Week 1. Weeks 3-10 will be a ladder, where the top 2 teams from each court move up and the bottom 2 teams move down. Subs can move you down but not up, so if you miss a week and your sub does not do well, you may be on a lower court the next week.
