Note: All Coaches MUST sign the OPE Turf Rental agreement prior to use. Please see below for key terms and conditions.
Rental term begins the week of August 10, 2026 and ends November 20, 2026.
a. Turf field may be used ONLY on the specific days/date(s) and during the allotted timeframe selected below.
b. Renter’s access to the Field is reserved for Renter/Renter’s team alone. Access instructions (including key, lock combination or code, etc.) must NOT be shared with any other person outside of Renter’s team.
c. Upon Renter’s departure after each rental session, the Field must be locked according to instructions provided by OPE.
d. All trash must be removed from the Field.
e. Failure to follow rental terms and conditions may lead to forfeiture of Field rental.
