The questions within the assessment will evaluate overall comprehension of ICD-10-CM Outpatient Coding Guidelines and Diagnosis Coding. The coder/learner will review several Case Studies/Scenarios and select the most appropriate first-listed diagnosis code and additional diagnosis code(s). In addition to codebooks and/or encoders, please utilize the ICD-10-CM Official Coding Guidelines when completing this assessment.
