MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Kalik Visuals, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my spouse. I hereby grant and understand that Kalik Visuals may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.

COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: As a client of Kalik Visuals, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Kalik Visuals, said PHOTOGRAPHER; are protected by Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, print or reproduce without PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session, along with high resolution digital files. Reproduction does include, downloading, saving to hard-drive, posting on personal websites/blogs/social media only with photographer acknowledgment and printing from said printers. By choosing "I Agree" I will honor the above statement.

PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretions. Tardiness of my session will not delay my session. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame. If I need to reschedule I will give contact prior to 48 hours notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new session date. I will do best to reschedule my session within 2 weeks of original session date. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate photographers schedule.

By signing (draw your signature) below I certify that I am at least 21 years of age. I have read this portrait agreement/waiver/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. I agree that I have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such.

IMPORTANT: I am located in the Hampton Roads Area (specifically Norfolk/VA Beach/Chesapeake)

Agreement and Terms

1. It is understood that Kalik Visuals is the photographer to perform the services requested on this contract.

2. It is understood that a deposit payment is required to secure a booking. This fee is non-refundable as it is a time slot in the photographer's calendar. If the client chooses to pay in full note that this is also non-refundable. For clients who paid only the booking fee, the remaining fee is due at the time of your session or post-session and may be made via Apple Pay, A Card on File, Zelle, Pay Pal.

3. It is understood that the Photographer has the right to use and edit images created under this contract for advertising or display for web pages and social media. The client agreeing to this contract agrees that they have actual authority to use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait.

5. It is understood that the turnaround time for any final deliverables is approximately 14 days. The turnaround time begins once the client makes their selection images. The photographer will send images same day after the session for the client to review

6. It is understood that a client must communicate any lateness, cancellations, etc... One reschedule can be made up to 24 hours in advance free of charge per appointment. If a client is later than 15 minutes, the remaining balance will be a late fee of $20. Any lateness, reschedules or cancellations made on Kalik Visuals will be communicated and the client will receive a deduction from their session.

NO CALL, NO SHOWS WILL BE BANNED AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK IN THE FUTURE.

7. It is understood that a client must specify any editing styles during the consultation and booking process. If a client is not satisfied with the final edits, adjustments can and will be made up to a week from gallery delivery upon request, but all deposits & final payments are non-refundable post session.

Privacy Concern

Kalik Visuals will never sell your information and use your information for anything other than communicating with you.
