Wisconsin Swimming Officials Committee will cover the cost of your first name tag for your uniform. If you need a replacement name tag or want to order an extra one "just in case", it can be ordered directly from our local vendor (order form coming soon!) or another resource. Unfortunately, reimbursement is not available for replacement name tags thru our vendor or another source.

The vendor requires a minimum order of name tags before processing orders. If it is more than 2 weeks and you have not received the tag or a note from WSI, please reach out to the LSC Staff.

Unfortunately, any orders not placed with our vendor will not be reimbursed.
