• 2026 Festival Volunteer Registration

    The Water Festival draws a crowd of roughly 25K attendees with vendors and performers from all over the country. We rely on the support and help of our volunteers to make this day a success. Choose your preferred day, time shift, and task—then enter your details and interests. We'll be in touch shortly with confirmation and assignments. Thank you for volunteering!

  • NOTES about Friday, setup day August 14, 2026:

    We begin minimal setup in the morning. Below is a rough breakdown of tasks that need to take place and roughly when this occurs. 

    10am - 12pm Placement of parking signs along the boulevard, putting up colored flags for Zone identification, unloading UHaul (most items are placed in one area by the Main Stage). 

    * During this time, the Festival producer will be busy mapping out trash alley routes with DPW and coning No Parking zones for DPW trucks. 

    12pm - 2pm Booth location number markers are placed on the half-mile esplanade. (Slight shifting and adjusting of markers might take place. DO NOT LET VENDORS SETUP).

    2pm Vendors may begin setup. Volunteers need for vendor check-in, guide them to their location.

    4pm Family Zone and Stage Setup.

    (If you are under 18, please have parents/guardian sign the waiver which will be attached to your confirmation email. Please email back to lsawaterfestival@gmail.com or bring with you when you check-in for your first assignment.)
