• Year Two: The District 8 Senior Support Fund - Utility Relief Enrollment Form

    Welcome to the official enrollment form for Year Two of the District 8 Senior Support Fund. Year Two of the program focuses exclusively on utility relief for eligible District 8 seniors. This program is sponsored by Prince George’s County Council Member Edward P. Burroughs III. It is funded through the MGM Local Impact Grant, ensuring that resources benefit District 8 residents living in the communities surrounding the MGM National Harbor. Submitting this form begins the enrollment process. Assistance is not guaranteed and is subject to eligibility verification and available funding.

  • To ensure that resources are directed to the residents this program was created to serve, we must first confirm your eligibility. This program is only available to individuals who:

    • Live within Prince George’s County District 8
    • Are 65 years of age or older

  • We appreciate your interest in the program and your time in completing the questionnaire. However, after reviewing your information, we regret to inform you that you do not currently meet the eligibility requirements for this program.

    All participants must meet the following criteria:

    • Be 65 years of age or older, and
    • Reside in Prince George’s County District 8
    • Agree to Program Notice and Timeline

    Unfortunately, based on your responses, you do not qualify due to one of the following:

    • You are under the age of 65, and/or
    • You do not live within the boundaries of District 8, and/or
    • You do not agree with the Program Notice and Timeline

    If you do not currently qualify due to age, you are welcome to reapply once you turn 65. Thank you again for your interest.
