2026 Christmas Clearinghouse Adopt A Family Form

Make the holidays brighter for a local family through HandsOn River Region’s Christmas Clearinghouse! Individuals, families, businesses, churches, and community groups are invited to adopt a family.

Before you sign up:

Plan to spend a minimum of $75 per child. You will receive information from the family’s application, including each child’s age, interests, clothing size, and wants/needs. You decide which items to purchase; you are not expected to buy everything listed.
Christmas gifts must be delivered by December 17, 2026.
First-time groups must deliver all gifts to HandsOn River Region at 1537 Jean Street, Montgomery. Our staff can help coordinate a time for your group to meet the family at our office.

NOTE: Please complete this form if you are interested in Adopting a Family by providing food for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas. Even if you do not plan to give toys, we need you to complete this form for coordination.
