TITLE - $5,000 -SOLD

2. Business Logo displayed on Chamber website, Weekly E-blast, and entertainment stage.
3. Logo recognition on event signage throughout Christmas on the Square
4. Prominent booth space (10x20). Sponsor is to provide tent, table, supplies, etc.
5. Two (2) parade entries and priority placement in parade.
6. Business logo on Parade Banner & Santa's float.
7. Business name and ad announcement at Entertainment Stage.

Partner- $2,500

1. Business logo displayed on Chamber website and Weekly E-blast.
2. Prominent booth space (10x10). Sponsor is to provide tent, table, supplies, etc. 
3. Logo recognition on event signage thoughout Christmas on the Square
4. One parade entry.
5. Business logo placed on parade banner.

Entertainment $1,500

1. Business logo displayed on Chamber website and Weekly E-blast.
2. Booth space at COTS (10x10) Sponsor is to provide tent, supplies, etc.
3. Logo recognitioin on event signage throughtout Christmas on the Square
4. Sponsorship will assist in having free activities/rides in the Children's area: Inflatables, trackless train, Stilt Walkers, Mascots, bounce houses, etc.

Presenting Sponsor - $1,500 - SOLD

1. Contest promoted as "Sponsor Name" presents Gingerbread Christmas Contest
2. Sponsor logo/name included on all contest promotional materials
3. Business logo displayed on Chamber website and Weekly E-blast
4. Prominent sponsor signage at the Gingerbread Christmas Contest display
5. Sponsor recognition during the contest awards
6. Opportunity to provide a small promotional item or branded giveaway for attendees, if desired.
7. Sponsor recognition in post-event social media highlighting the contest winners.

1. Sponsor must be a member in good-standing of the Weatherford Chamber.
2. Santa Claus will be available for free photos at Whit’s Frozen Custard, located at 113 W. Church St. Sponsors and vendors are asked not to provide a Santa Claus at their booth so we can maintain one consistent Santa experience for attendees.
3. Theme for this year is "Gingerbread Christmas", we hope you can be creative with your booth.
4. Sponsors must either be selling merchandise or hosting a children's activity. NO information or political booths will be accepted.
5. Sponsors are required to furnish their own chairs, tables, tents, etc.
6. Tents must be anchored down with 30lb. weights.
7. For printing purposes deadline is Friday, Nov. 13th., earlier registration allows for additional promotion in emails and social media.
8. No beverages or food may be sold or distributed from non-food vendors unless a food permit and insurance has been submitted to the Chamber and City of Weatherford. 
9. You will receive an email with move-in and move-out instructions, please notify your staff of the importance of arriving on time for set-up.
10. Payment can be invoiced or paid with credit card.
11. Any CBD, alcohol, tobacco, health-related businesses, prescription or non-prescription drug related business/organization are prohibited as vendors or sponsors. 
12. Booth locations are assigned by the Chamber.
13. Please do not request electricity unless necessary as it is highly limited.
14. Per the Fire Marshall generators are not allowed.
15. If approved for electricity, you will need to supply your own 100 ft. outdoor electrical power cord.
16. Christmas on the Square is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine unless cancelled due to unsafe conditions.
17. Sponsors are responsible for submitting a high-resolution logo by the requested deadline for inclusion in printed materials and promotional materials. Failure to submit a logo by the deadline may result in the sponsor's logo not appearing on printed materials.
18. Event Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please remain open and staffed for the entire event. Early closing or breakdown can leave the event area looking incomplete and negatively impact the experience for attendees.

Parade Entry Guidelines - "Gingerbread Christmas"

Theme & Appearance

• All parade entries must showcase the holiday theme: Gingerbread Christmas
• Lights are required on all entries.
• Entries must be holiday-themed and family-friendly, appropriate for all ages.
• No Santa Claus or Mrs. Claus costumes are permitted. The Weatherford Chamber of Commerce will provide the official Santa Claus for the parade. Other appropriate holiday costumes are welcome.

Music & Sound

• Music is not required but is highly encouraged.
• No sirens, horns, or other loud or disruptive noises are permitted during the parade.

Political Activity

• The Weatherford Chamber of Commerce is a non-political organization. Parade entries may not promote, endorse, oppose, or campaign for political candidates, political parties, or political causes.

Safety & Distribution

• For safety and liability reasons, no tossing or distributing handouts, candy, or party favors is permitted.
• This requirement is in accordance with parade insurance requirements and applicable City ordinances.
• Due to safety concerns, individual horse riders are not permitted. Horse-drawn units or organized groups are allowed.
• At no time may anyone on a float attempt to step off the float while the float is in motion.

 Lighting Requirements 

Each entry must be illuminated using light strands, flashlights, fluorescent materials, or other lighting resources, and must meet the minimum lighting requirements listed below. No entries will be accepted without meeting these requirements.

THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY ELECTS TO AND DOES RELEASE THE WCOC AND ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS RIGHTS OR CAUSES OF ACTION OF WHATSOEVER KIND OF NATURE WHICH THE UNDERSIGNED HAS EVER HAD OR MAY NOW HAVE OR MAY HEREAFTER HAVE WHERE NOW KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, FORESEEN OR UNFORESEEN, ARISING FROM OR BY REASON OF ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS, OR THE RESULT THEREOF, WHERE HERETOFORE HAS EVER OR HEREAFTER MAY BE SUSTAINED BY THE UNDERSIGNED AS A RESULT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE UNDERSIGNED'S PARTICIPATION IN THE WEATHERFORD LIGHTS THE NIGHT PARADE AND OR CHRISTMAS ON THE SQUARE.
