1. Sponsor. This contest is jointly sponsored and administered by L R Helicopters Inc., Springbank Airport, Calgary, Alberta, and Aama Nepalese Cuisine, Cochrane, Alberta. Together they are referred to as the "Sponsors."
2. Contest Period. The contest begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and closes on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility. The contest is open to legal residents of Alberta who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have an active Instagram account that is public, or that otherwise permits the Sponsors to verify the entry actions described in Rule 5. Employees, directors, officers, owners and immediate family members of L R Helicopters Inc., Aama Nepalese Cuisine and any businesses directly involved in administering this contest are not eligible to enter. The Sponsors reserve the right to verify eligibility.
4. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person during the contest period, regardless of the number of comments, shares or other interactions submitted.
5. How to Enter. To submit a valid entry, an entrant must complete both of the following during the Contest Period: (a) complete and submit this official contest entry form; and (b) complete all of the following actions on the contest post on Instagram: follow @lrhelicopters and @aamanepalesecuisine, like the contest post, and leave a comment naming the occasion and tagging two people the entrant would bring. Both parts must be completed for the entry to be eligible. Sharing the contest post to an Instagram story and tagging both Sponsors is an optional bonus action; it is voluntary, is not required to enter or win, and does not create an additional entry or improve an entrant's odds of winning. Entrants must remain following both accounts through the date of the draw. Incomplete, duplicate, illegible or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
6. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a Devil's Head Thali Tour Experience for up to three (3) guests aboard a Robinson R44 helicopter. The experience includes a scenic helicopter flight from Springbank Airport, a landing at the Devil's Head and Ghost River area, a private Nepalese inspired Thali meal prepared by Aama Nepalese Cuisine, and an exclusive mountain dining experience. Approximate Retail Value: CAD $1,300.00. The prize has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The tour is subject to weather, aircraft availability, passenger weight and balance limitations, operational requirements and any applicable safety restrictions. Travel to and from Springbank Airport is the responsibility of the winner.
7. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection. One eligible entrant will be selected by random draw on or about September 1, 2026. The draw will be conducted by L R Helicopters Inc. Before the draw result is confirmed, the Sponsors will verify that the selected entrant completed all required entry actions set out in Rule 5.
9. Winner Notification. The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone, email and or Instagram direct message using the contact information provided on the entry form. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the first notification attempt, declines the prize, fails to meet the eligibility requirements, cannot be verified as having completed the required entry actions, or does not correctly answer the required skill testing question, the entry will be forfeited and another eligible entrant may be selected.
10. Skill Testing Question. Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill testing question as required by Canadian law.
11. Prize Conditions. The helicopter tour must be booked on a mutually agreed upon date. It is subject to weather and operational availability. It may be rescheduled due to weather or operational requirements. It has no cash value. It cannot be transferred or sold. It cannot be substituted except at the Sponsors' discretion.
12. Privacy. Personal information collected through this contest will be used solely to administer the contest, verify eligibility, contact the selected entrant and deliver the prize. Your personal information will be collected jointly by L R Helicopters Inc. and Aama Nepalese Cuisine and may be shared between both organizations for contest administration purposes only. Your information will not be sold to third parties.
13. Optional Marketing Consent. You may choose whether you wish to receive future marketing communications. Providing consent is completely voluntary and is not required to enter or win the contest.
14. Publicity. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsors may use the winner's first name, city, photographs and images taken during the experience for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
15. Not Affiliated with Instagram or Meta. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability and claims arising out of or relating to this contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this contest must be directed to the Sponsors and not to Instagram or Meta. Entrants are responsible for complying with Instagram's own terms of use.
16. General Conditions. The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond their reasonable control affects the integrity of the contest. Any attempt to tamper with the contest may result in disqualification. The Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for any failure of the Instagram platform that prevents an entry action from being recorded or verified.
17. Governing Law. This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
