Client Terms & Conditions Agreement

Roaming with Tanisha acts solely as a travel planning and booking intermediary. We arrange reservations on your behalf using information you provide, but we do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, or other suppliers. All travel services are subject to the applicable supplier terms and conditions.

Quoted prices and availability are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed by the supplier and payment is accepted. Prices may change without notice due to supplier inventory, taxes, fees, currency fluctuations, or other factors beyond our control.

Deposits, partial payments, and final balances are due according to supplier deadlines. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation, forfeiture of deposits, and/or loss of reserved space. Client is responsible for all charges associated with the booking.

Cancellation policies are set by suppliers and vary by booking. Some reservations are non-refundable or only partially refundable. Service fees, planning fees, and administrative fees charged by Roaming with Tanisha are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Client acknowledges that Roaming with Tanisha has explained or made available the option to purchase travel insurance, and that the client may choose to accept or decline coverage by signing a separate waiver or declination of insurance coverage.

Client is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, including passports, visas, entry permits, transit documents, vaccination records, and any destination-specific requirements. Names on all documents must match government-issued identification exactly.

Client is responsible for disclosing health, mobility, dietary, and accessibility needs before booking and for confirming that all selected suppliers can meet those needs. Roaming with Tanisha does not guarantee accommodations unless confirmed in writing by the supplier.

Any change requested by the traveler after booking may result in supplier change fees, fare differences, service fees, or the loss of prior pricing or benefits. All changes are subject to supplier approval and availability.

Suppliers may modify or cancel itineraries, schedules, amenities, routes, policies, or services at any time. Roaming with Tanisha is not responsible for supplier-imposed changes, substitutions, delays, overbookings, strikes, closures, or disruptions.

Roaming with Tanisha is not liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, technical failures, or supplier insolvency.

For group reservations, the lead traveler is responsible for communications, payments, distribution of documents, and ensuring that all participants understand and accept the applicable terms. Individual group members may still be bound by separate supplier rules.

If one roommate cancels, remaining travelers may be responsible for the increased per-person cost, change fees, or single-occupancy supplements. Any room assignment or occupancy adjustment is subject to supplier policy.

Client must review all names carefully before booking. Name corrections or changes after confirmation may be restricted or may require fees, reissuance, or the purchase of a new ticket or reservation. Roaming with Tanisha is not responsible for errors caused by information submitted by the client.

Client acknowledges that Roaming with Tanisha provides professional travel planning services, including research, coordination, reservation assistance, and client support, but does not guarantee outcomes, pricing, or supplier performance.

Client agrees to review all reservation details within 24 hours of booking and to report any discrepancies immediately. Failure to review and report errors in a timely manner may limit available remedies.

Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback for services properly rendered or for charges authorized by the client. Any billing concerns must be raised directly with Roaming with Tanisha first so they can be investigated and addressed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roaming with Tanisha shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from travel arrangements, supplier conduct, or client actions. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount of service fees paid directly to Roaming with Tanisha for the affected booking.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This document, together with any incorporated supplier terms and any separate waiver or acknowledgment signed by the client, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the services described herein.

You also acknowledge responsibility for the accuracy of all information provided, for reviewing all booking details before departure, and understand that travel insurance is addressed through a separate Travel Insurance Waiver / Request Form.
