All puppies are placed under a strict contract. I require first right of refusal at any age or training level for a fair value price. If I do not take the puppy back, I must be informed of any new owners, and they must be willing to stay in touch so I can follow the puppy’s wellbeing and career. All puppies are sold with Limited AKC Registration. Full registration for breeding will only be considered once a working title has been earned (IGP1, PD1, PDC, etc.), appropriate health testing is completed, and OFA/SV/PennHIP hip and elbow evaluations are finalized. Approval for full registration is at the breeder’s discretion. These terms will be outlined in the contract. Please initial below to confirm you understand
Puppy placement will be determined by the breeder to ensure the best match for both the owner and the puppy. While drives, workability, and temperament cannot be guaranteed, I will do my best to place you with a puppy that aligns with your goals. If I determine that I do not have an appropriate match for you in this litter, you may transfer your deposit to the waitlist for a future litter. Deposits are non‑refundable but are transferable.
