  • Study Overview

Joined Bio is conducting a research study to measure antibody levels in individuals electing to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine in August, 2026. If you're already planning to get a COVID vaccine on your own this August, you may be eligible to participate.

    What's Involved

Participation requires four blood draws of 25 mL each (3 tubes per draw) over a four week period at Joined Bio's office in Lexington, MA. Blood collections occur:

    • Before you receive the COVID vaccine
    • 1 to 4 days after you receive the COVID vaccine
    • 7-10 days after you receive the COVID vaccine
    • Two weeks after you receive the COVID vaccine

Each collection visit will be scheduled to occur on a Wednesday or Thursday and takes just a few minutes. All blood draws will be performed by trained a phlebtomist.

Collection appointments begin the week of August 10 or August 17, depending upon when you get your COVID vaccine.

    Compensation

Participants who participate in the study receive $500 total, paid as follows:

    • $50 after your first blood draw and proof of vaccine
