A Robbins Family Christmas ~ Motorcycle Toy Ride

By participating in the Motorcycle Toy Drive event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation

I understand that participation in this event is voluntary and that operating or riding in a vehicle, attending event activities, and being present at the event involve inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, illness, or death.

Assumption of Risk

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event, whether known or unknown.

Release of Liability

I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless A Robbins Family Christmas, Blue Spruce Entertainment LLC, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, property owners, and their respective agents, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the event.

Vehicle Responsibility

I certify that I am legally licensed to operate my motorcycle, maintain valid insurance as required by law, and am solely responsible for the safe operation and condition of my motorcycle.

Compliance with Laws and Instructions

I agree to follow all traffic laws, event rules, and instructions provided by event staff, law enforcement, and volunteers.

Photo & Video Release

I grant permission for photographs, video recordings, and other media taken during the event to be used by A Robbins Family Christmas and its partners for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless A Robbins Family Christmas, Blue Spruce Entertainment LLC, sponsors, volunteers, and property owners from any claims resulting from my actions or negligence during the event.

I have carefully read this waiver, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. By submiting this form you are in full agreement with these terms listed above.
