Your recovery is unique, and every treatment at Lymphyx is customized to your procedure, healing stage, and individual presentation. Following these recommendations will help support your recovery and optimize your treatment experience.

After Your Treatment
• Continue drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
• Continue wearing your compression garment(s) as directed by your surgeon unless otherwise instructed.
• Gentle walking is encouraged to support circulation unless your surgeon has advised activity restrictions.
• Mild tenderness, temporary soreness, increased urination, or temporary swelling fluctuations may occur following treatment and are generally part of the normal healing process.
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours following your session whenever possible.
• Follow all post-operative instructions provided by your surgeon.
Your Recovery
• Swelling naturally fluctuates throughout the healing process. Some days you may feel more swollen than others.
• Every recovery progresses at a different pace. Your treatment plan will be adjusted as your tissues change and heal.
