  • I voluntarily authorize Lymphyx to use photographs and/or videos taken during my treatment for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, the Lymphyx website, printed materials, and other digital or print media.

    I understand that:

    My participation is entirely voluntary and will not affect my care or treatment.
    I may decline or withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice to Lymphyx. I understand that withdrawal will not apply to materials that have already been published or distributed.
    I understand that once images are shared publicly, Lymphyx cannot control how they may be viewed, shared, or reproduced by others.

  • I acknowledge that post-operative lymphatic drainage massage is designed to support recovery by encouraging healthy lymphatic flow, reducing swelling, promoting circulation, and assisting the body's natural healing process.

    I understand that treatment provided by Lymphyx Massage Beverly Hills is complementary to my surgeon's care and is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical treatment.

    I certify that the information provided on this form is complete and accurate. I agree to notify my therapist of any changes in my health or surgical recovery before each session.

    I understand that treatment may be postponed or discontinued if it is determined that massage is not appropriate or safe.

  • Cancellation Policy


  • • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to the full treatment fee.

    • Prepaid packages are non-refundable and are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

  • Your recovery is unique, and every treatment at Lymphyx is customized to your procedure, healing stage, and individual presentation. Following these recommendations will help support your recovery and optimize your treatment experience.

    Before Your Appointment
    • Stay well hydrated by drinking plenty of water during the 24 hours before your session.

    • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the treatment area.

    • Bring any compression garments, foams, boards, or post-operative accessories you are currently using.

    • Eat a light meal before your appointment.

    • Inform your therapist of any recent changes in your health, medications, or recovery.

    • Notify us immediately if you develop a fever, signs of infection, excessive drainage, or any new concerns that have not been evaluated by your surgeon.

    After Your Treatment
    • Continue drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

    • Continue wearing your compression garment(s) as directed by your surgeon unless otherwise instructed.

    • Gentle walking is encouraged to support circulation unless your surgeon has advised activity restrictions.

    • Mild tenderness, temporary soreness, increased urination, or temporary swelling fluctuations may occur following treatment and are generally part of the normal healing process.

    • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours following your session whenever possible.

    • Follow all post-operative instructions provided by your surgeon.

    Your Recovery
    • Swelling naturally fluctuates throughout the healing process. Some days you may feel more swollen than others.

    • Every recovery progresses at a different pace. Your treatment plan will be adjusted as your tissues change and heal.

    • Consistency is important. Attending treatments as recommended often provides the greatest benefit during recovery.

    Contact Your Surgeon Immediately If You Experience
    • Fever

    • Increasing redness, warmth, or foul-smelling drainage

    • Severe or rapidly increasing swelling

    • Excessive bleeding

    • Shortness of breath or chest pain

    • Calf pain, swelling, or tenderness

    • Any sudden or concerning change in your condition
