Screening and Eligibility Criteria
- A credit and background check will be conducted for all applicants 18 years and older.
- To be eligible you must:
  1. Be a veteran with any discharge status except dishonorable
  2. Make 2 times the rent amount or have proof of assistance
  3. Have household income below 50% AMI
- Disqualifying criminal offenses include:
  - Convictions for manufacturing methamphetamine
  - Sexually-based convictions
  - Requirement to register as a sex offender

- Monthly Rent: $1,039 (1 bedroom, 1 bath with private kitchen and bathroom)
- Security Deposit: $500
- Pet Deposit (if applicable): $250
