Do I need to fill out the Agreement now?
The Export Compliance Agreement is required before securing stock allocation. To ensure our queue moves smoothly and to provide you with the fastest service, we request completing this form before placing an order.
What SKUs does this apply to?
Currently, but not limited to: NVIDIA Pro 6000 Blackwell Workstation, Server, and Max-Q, RTX Pro 4500 Blackwell Server Edition, H200 NVL, and systems containing these units.
Why do you need end user information?
In order to comply with U.S. Federal Law, we require end user and deployment location. We do not contact the end user based on the information provided here for sales purposes, and only if required by law to remain in compliance with export regulations.
