AtlantiCare is providing complimentary physicals for 75 children. If you are interested, please select an appointment slot below. Appointments are first-come, first-served. If you are not interested, please skip this section. If no slots are available when you try to book, all appointments have been filled, and we will add you to a waitlist on the day of the event. We'll do our best to accommodate waitlisted families based on availability.
