Holiday Craft Market Vendor Fees

Single Day

Standard Booth: $50
Weekend Pass (Best Value)

Friday–Sunday: $125 (Save $25)
All Three Weekends

9 Event Days: $300 (Save $75)

Vendor Agreement

Include acknowledgments that the vendor agrees to:

Event rules and regulations
Booth must remain open during event hours
No early breakdown without permission
Booth must remain clean
Respect neighboring vendors
No counterfeit merchandise
Organizer may remove inappropriate items
Vendor responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales tax
Vendor responsible for personal property
Organizer is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage
No refunds unless the event is canceled by the organizer
Space is not reserved until payment is received
Weather is not grounds for a refund (event is indoors)
Photos/videos taken during the event may be used for marketing
Vendor agrees to receive event communications by email and text
