The Summit is a day-long celebration of WA craft beer with expansive trade floor, general session and keynote, 16 educational sessions, lunch, WA craft beer tastings, and Washington Beer Awards Ceremony & Dinner Party. It's going to be a blast! As a thank you for volunteering, you'll get a chance to enjoy some educational sessions and WA craft beer tastings.

Location: DoubleTree by Hilton in SeaTac; 18740 International Blvd, Seattle, WA
We're looking for volunteers for both Summit load-in, day-of, and WA Beer Awards Ceremony and Dinner.
- Load-in and Welcome Party: Sunday, November 1st
- Exhibitors will be loading in all day, 10am-5:00pm
- Welcome Party; TBD. 6:00pm-9:00pm
- Monday, November 2nd - The Summit commences with trade show, general session, keynote, lunch, and educational sessions from 8:30am-5:00pm; Washington Beer Awards Ceremony & Dinner and Happy Hour 5:00pm-9:00pm
You won't be on the hook for the volunteering for the entire time (unless you want to be!). I will divide the day into short chunks of time so you'll be able to enjoy the Summit :) Details and exact timing are still being worked on but responsbilites might include:
- Set-up/registration and check-in assistance
- Beer Pourer
- Merch Table
- Load-in assistance
- Runner (communications and other)
