• 2026 Perth International Open Volunteer Registration Form

  • Join us in making the 2026 Perth International Open a standout event! We're hosting this pivotal occasion on Saturday, 12 September 2026 at the Gold Netball Centre in Jolimont, and we need your support. We're actively seeking volunteers to fill the following positions:

  • Role Description Dates Required
    Event Setup
    (Bump-In)    		 Help us bump-in for the event. Responsibilities not only include laying tatami (mats) and configuring IT equipment but also setting up the podium and positioning banners. Friday, 11 September
    2:00PM
    Announcer Engage the audience with timely updates and announcements throughout the event.

    All Day
    Saturday, 12 September
    Referees Play a key role in the tournament, ensuring fairness in each match that is fought.
    Table Officials Operating the scoreboard and performing other table official duties during the event.
    Marshalling Managing the flow of athletes from the warm-up area to the competition zone.
    Medical Medical staff will be present during the event. Must have a current first-aid certificate.
    Social Media Engage our digital audience by capturing key moments from the event.
    Photographer Capture every moment of the tournament including the medal ceremonies.
    General Volunteering Put your name down to help us complete ad-hoc activities throughout the day.
    IT Assistant Reports to the IT Coordinator and assists with setting up and troubleshooting all IT equipment and other related tasks. Experience or a strong desire to learn about IT/Media equipment is essential for this role. Bump-in and Bump-out are compulsory for this role.
    Bump-Out  Assisting in dismantling and packing up the venue after the event.
