Welcome to the interest form for Booked by the Beach 2028. Having a book convention in Northeast Florida is a much anticpated event for many. We are expecting a large reader turn out which means new people to share your art with. This will be the first year of the event and will make it a yearly convention. While we are in the beginning stages of planning, more details will come over the next few months. You may ask why we are starting the interest form and table bookings so far in advance. Most conventions book authors and vendors a year plus out. This allows readers to plan and save for the event.
The cost for a table is $300. If you choose to pay in full before 9/1/2026 then you get a $25 off early bird fee making the table $275. If you choose to do the $100 deposit and make payments then there is no discounted fee. This includes two assistants, lunch for each of you on Friday and Saturday, and all day refreshments on both days. The event is being held at World Golf Village Renassiance St.Augustine Resort. They feature the largest combination hotel and convention center space between Orlando and Atlanta.
This is a two day signing event where readers with VIP tickets will have early access on both days. There will be panels on each day that authors who wish can sign up to speak at. There will be 3 levels of tickets to the event that readers can purchase.
-The VIP ticket allows early access on both days, a curated swag bag, access to any amount of panel discussions they choose with priotity seating, admission to a readers pajama party and more.
-General Admission ticket allows access to both day of signings, early access on one day and admission to 1 panel of choice per day.
- One day only admission allows admission to one day of signings at regular hours.
-Tables are non refundable, but you can trasfer to another author or vendor if needed.
