    Our process:

    Receive order, prepare quote, you have to accept quote and pay deposit. Deposit is required before work starts, deposit is non refundable. If you choose a premade design we will update our design and sned you a mockup before assembling the craft. With our premade designs you only get 1 free revision, any additional changes will be a $5 design fee, increasing per revision. If you request a fully custom art work the design fee starts at $20 and can increase based on design complexity and scope. With the fully custom rtwork we give 1-2 options adn we allow you 2 free revisions but beyond those 2 revisions we will charge $5 per additional revision. Final good will be sent out upon recipeipt of the remaning amount. For fully customized designs we will require 5 day additional proccessing time in addition to our 12-14day window.

    For rush orders the fee will be billed upfront with the deposit and is not refundable, once the item is shipped out, it is no longer the responsibility of Shop Angelai, LLC. For rush orders revisions are limited to 1 for both premade and fully customized designs.

     

    Designs from inspiration photos fall under the category of fully customized artwork, unless otherwise spcified by us during out design process. All inspo will be replicated in a way that respects the original artists design but will also be unique to the new customization.

     

    Communication will be done via text messages or email if there are any questions ffrom either end. Once the exent date has passed, we will give a 7 day grace period and then we will post your design and add it to our catalogue (if you would like to opt your custom designs out of being in our public catalogue, please opt out here,, provide your name and order details so that we can map your request to your order.

    Shipping costs will vary based on the weight and size of the items requested, Angelai Crafts strives to get you the best shipping rates available to us but it may vary.

     

    During Holiday season shipping times may increase significantly, we strongly advise for you to order ahead of time, any rush orders placed around busy season will still incur the fee but if it dos not reach recipient on time, we are not liable as we wrote this warning.
