NFC Christmas Market Booking Form

Market will start from 10 am & finish 3pm, sellers can set up from 8.30am. Stalls $50ea, trailers $30ea, stalls will be next to your vehicle - RAFFLE DONATION ALSO REQUIRED (NO CASH)

Market is outside on the oval, stalls will run around the oval, there will be people to direct you when you arrive. Your vehicle will stay with you on the oval

Gazebo's, shelter, chairs, tables etc are not supplied by the club & is up to the stall holder to provide, this is outside on the oval, no inside stalls available. PLEASE BRING EVERYTHING YOU REQUIRE FOR THE DAY - NOARLUNGA FOOTBALL CLUB will ne be responsible for the weather and or any damage caused by mother nature.

NO PEGS allowed on the oval, please bring weights for your shelter. 

Canteen & BBQ will be open from 8.30am for breakfast.

Outside Bar will open from noon onwards.

Please keep your area clean & use the bins provided around the club.

Please leave the area clean & tidy when you leave.

We will not be limiting bookings to 1 of each product or service, this is entirely up to the stall holder. If there is more than 1 of the same stall, we will ensure to separate the stalls where possible. 

Please remember this is a community event and we all need to work together to make this a successful event for Noarlunga Football Club.

Please note, you will receive an email a couple of weeks out with full instrucions. No caterers/food vans are required as we will have our canteen & BBQ running.

Jodie Smith will be in touch prior to the event with instructions for this. No cash prizes please. The contribution of the raffle donation will go towards our major Xmas raffle (draw date TBC) All proceeds support our junior program.
