1. Booth Setup
Vendors must provide a clean, professional booth or display suitable for showcasing their products or services. All equipment must comply with applicable safety and fire code regulations.
2. Staffing
Vendors are responsible for staffing their booth with courteous, knowledgeable representatives throughout the event. Branded apparel is encouraged.
3. Inventory
Vendors should maintain an adequate supply of products, promotional materials, and operational essentials for the duration of the festival.
Event Guidelines
1. Setup & Breakdown
Booth setup must be completed at least one (1) hour before the festival opens. Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and safe throughout the event and must remove all materials promptly after the festival concludes.
2. Event Compliance
Vendors must follow all event schedules, load-in/load-out procedures, waste disposal policies, and electrical or generator guidelines established by Sabor y Motor Fest management.
Vendor Information
Space may be requested for official Sabor y Motor Fest 2026 signage.
Event setup window: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM on event day.
Branded tents, tables, chairs, displays, and generators are permitted, subject to event approval and safety regulations.
Cancellation & Force Majeure
If Sabor y Motor Fest 2026 is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of event organizers, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, fire, flooding, labor disputes, civil disturbances, or public safety concerns, vendors will receive a refund of applicable vendor fees, or a prorated refund if the event is partially completed.
