    2. Camp is open to Revival Fellowship members and their invited guests
    3. This application is for ONE room. If you are sharing that room, put everyone on this application. IF you are booking more than one room, use another form for that other room
    4. If different catering options are required by members of your group, note that in special requests. We may need to contact you to confirm your fees.
    5. Speak with your local pastor if you need support to be able to come

  • *1 WWVP Is a 'Working with Vulnerable People' (ACT) or 'Working with children' (NSW) card that is now required by our insurer for anyone that will be helping or working with children at the camp. 

    *2 Special diet Unfortunately 'exclusion diets' such as low carb are not able to be provided. We suggest you bring your own food to supplement the catering if needed.

  • When you submit this form your card will be debited. You will be emailed with a reminder and link to pay your balance by two weeks before camp.

  • 1: Bookings are not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid - 10% minimum is requested. 

    2: 10% deposit is due Mon 24 Nov and full fees by Fri 18 Dec.

    3: Your deposit can be made online during registration, or via EFT to 'CRF Camp account; BSB 082967; Account 481637730'. Please include your surname and 'Xmas camp' in the description. Then email confirmation of your bank transfer to desmond@pcug.org.au

    4: Cancellations after 18 December will forfeit the full amount. (We have to provide final numbers to the camp at that time). If it is possible to have someone else take your accommodation you will be refunded.

    5: Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If your accommodation request is no longer available, we will contact you to advise what is still available and whether you are OK to change.
