Volunteer of the Year

To nominate an individual for the 'Volunteer of the Year Award' simply complete the below online form.

To be eligible for nomination in the ‘Volunteer of the Year’ category, your organisation or an individual from your organisation must also be nominated for a minimum of 1 x other award category.

You will be required to provide the following information:
- Nominator information
- Nominee information
- Complete the required short answer questions, clearly demonstrating the reasons for the nomination
- Upload 2 x images to support your application
Important items for consideration:
- Ensure you document how the nominee has benefited the Shellharbour community.
- A maximum of 400 words applies to all short answers.
- You're welcome to upload additional files as supporting documentation to your nomination.
- You can stop and start the nomination as you please by hitting 'save' at the bottom of the form.
- To finalise your nomination, hit 'submit'. Once submitted, nominations are final.
