Terms and conditions of application
Only applicants based in the United Kingdom can apply for renewal of their Professional Pathway status through the Institute for Social Value. If you are not based in the United Kingdom, you must apply through Social Value International.
All applicants must hold a current membership of the Institute for Social Value before the point of application. If you are unsure about your membership status, please contact info@isv.org.uk.
The applicant must provide a document (no longer than one page of A4) outlining their continued work and development in social value. Examples of satisfactory evidence are detailed in this document and a statement template is available here.
The Institute for Social Value will reserve the right to check and monitor statements of continued involvement as cited in any individual application and the right to determine that ongoing involvement is insufficient.
In the case that Professional Pathway status has lapsed for some time, renewal can only be made with a self-certified statement of involvement in social value covering the whole period in question.
Applicants must also pay the renewal fee of £100 + VAT. This is in addition to the standard annual membership fee.
Renewed Professional Pathway status is valid for 2 years.
