I. Shipping via Courier

• Where are you located and are shipping from? Makati City, Metro Manila

• When will you ship my orders? 5-7 days after you answer the shipping form (unless we state a later or earlier shipping date). Ship out time may take longer on some occasions (due to work, etc). After 7 days of answering the form, if you did not get a DM of your tracking number, feel free to DM us to follow up.

• Where's my tracking number? You can check the Masterlist or wait for our DM.

II. Shipping via Same Day Delivery

• Can I book? Yes you can book. We can also book for you. I will just message you when your order is ready for pick up.

• What's your location? Legazpi St., Makati City

• Please do not book without our go signal.

• Can I use a courier other than Lalamove? Yes you can but you need to wait for our go signal before booking.

Terms & Conditions:

1. If you are combining shipments with other people/friends, please make a group chat with all involved people so we can confirm that combining is authorized by everyone.

2. Combined shipment is not allowed if you already answered the shipping form for previous item/s as those items are already packed & awaiting courier pick up.

3. We are not liable for any loss or damages to the items during shipment. We highly suggest you take an unboxing video when you open your package. This video should capture sealed item with the waybill still intact.
